Can still use spaces by clicking on top menu bar, but none of the keyboard shortcuts work and hot corners also does not work. Doesn't work on external keyboard or on macbook keyboard. This happened after the screen saver activated once. May have something to do with it:

When this happened before, restarting it seemed to work... But I guess it was temporary. This time I repaired permissions:

and rebooted. It's OK now, but we will see for how long.
Stopped again. May have something to do with screen saver or pluggin in the external monitor. Haven't had time to figure it out.
ReplyDeleteDeleting the two files com.apple.dock.plist and com.apple.dock.db in (your home folder)/Library/Preferences/ and then logging out will fix this problem. You will have to reconfigure your dock and all expose and spaces settings afterwards.
