One never ceases to be amazed at the lack of a helpful online community. My hot corners stopped working and in looking for some help online, all I found was: call the apple care and take it to a genius bar. Great. Thanks.
Anyways- my mysterious hot corners problem was fixed for some reason by turning all the hot corners off in system preferences and then turning them back on again.
Stupid.
